With backgrounds rooted in discipline, leadership, and real-world property ownership experience, Brittainy and David Vestal created Imperium to provide a higher standard of residential property management for owners who want confidence and peace of mind.

Brittainy is an experienced real estate professional and David & Brittainy are long-time property owners themselves, they understand firsthand the importance of reliable communication, proactive maintenance coordination, thorough documentation, and protecting the value of every property under management. Their approach combines hands-on oversight with structured systems designed to simplify ownership while creating stability for both owners and tenants.

Brittainy brings over two decades of leadership, operational management, and organizational experience developed through military service, real estate, and managing investment properties across multiple states. Her detail-oriented approach, strong communication, and commitment to professionalism are the foundation of Imperium’s client experience.

Based in Washington, Imperium Property Management proudly serves property owners throughout Tacoma, Pierce County, and surrounding communities with a boutique, client-focused approach centered on professionalism, integrity, and dependable service.David brings more than two decades of leadership, professionalism, and operational experience to Imperium Property Management. After serving 23 years as a correctional officer, he chose to pursue a new career path driven by his passion for continued growth, problem-solving, and technical expertise. He recently earned his Associate of Arts degree in Low Voltage (EL-06) from Clover Park Technical College and now works in the electrical industry with Max Power.

Known for his calm demeanor under pressure, analytical mindset, and disciplined approach, David brings a steady and dependable presence to every aspect of the business. His ability to communicate effectively with people from all backgrounds, combined with his strong work ethic and commitment to doing things the right way, helps create a professional and trustworthy experience for both owners and tenants alike.
